Looking into a reflection of eyes behind glasses,
I wonder where the boy has gone,
Lines show at the corners,
White hair peeks out here or there,
The smile a bit crooked after years of hiding,
I wonder at lost dreams and forgotten pride,
A jaded heart I see behind those eyes,
Blood on once talented hands,
A shadow on a bent spirit,
